Checklist
Crypto Security Checklist
Use this checklist before depositing assets or sharing personal account information with any crypto service.
Educational content only
This is not financial advice. Crypto assets are volatile and involve risk. Staking rewards, if any, are not guaranteed and may vary. Always do your own research.
Account checklist
Review these account basics before using any Cardano staking platform. The goal is to reduce avoidable mistakes before funds, personal information, or withdrawal requests are involved.
- Use a unique password.
- Enable 2FA where available.
- Check the domain before login.
- Never share seed phrases or private keys.
- Read risk disclosures before using a service.
Deposit checklist
Deposits should be handled slowly and deliberately. A user should know where the address came from, what amount was sent and which transaction hash proves the transfer.
- Copy the deposit address only from the authenticated dashboard.
- Check minimum deposit rules before sending ADA.
- Save the transaction hash after sending.
- Contact support through official channels if the deposit is delayed.
Withdrawal checklist
Withdrawals deserve the same level of care as deposits. Before submitting a request, confirm the destination wallet, available balance, minimum amount and account security settings.
- Confirm the destination address belongs to you.
- Review withdrawal minimums and possible processing checks.
- Make sure your account email and 2FA are secure.
- Keep a record of withdrawal requests and support tickets.
Support checklist
Support should help users understand the platform, not push them into risky actions. Be cautious if someone asks for secrets, creates urgency, or gives instructions that do not match the official dashboard flow.
- Do not share passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.
- Do not install remote-access software for a support request.
- Do not send ADA to an address provided only in chat.
- Use the dashboard support page whenever possible.
