Cardano Staking provides a platform for staking ADA (Cardano cryptocurrency) in various pools to earn rewards. Our services include:

• Access to curated staking pools with varying yield rates
• Hourly reward distribution based on your staked amount and tier status
• Dashboard tools for tracking your staking performance
• Tier-based reward system with enhanced benefits for higher deposits

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our staking services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities on your account

5. Staking and Rewards

Rewards are calculated based on your staked amount, selected pools, and your tier status. Reward rates are subject to change based on market conditions and pool performance. While we strive to maintain advertised rates, past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Withdrawals

You may withdraw your staked ADA at any time without lock-up periods. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during normal operations. We reserve the right to implement additional verification for large withdrawals to ensure security.

7. Fees

Each staking pool has its own fee structure clearly displayed before you stake. Fees are automatically deducted from your rewards. We may modify fee structures with 30 days notice to users.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with the platform's security features
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

Cardano Staking is not liable for any losses resulting from market volatility, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Your use of the platform is at your own risk. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
